just remember its only 20 minutes a day we can all do it ive started it again now too

I took pictures when I started so maybe I'll end up doing one of these posts eventually... :laugh: If I stick with it enough to get results. I'm taking days off and biking because that video kills my calves.0 -

Thanks it took just over a month because i went on holiday for a week too and i used the 30 day shred aswell as walking and bellydancing
