Hi iv been recommended this product , apparently its good to have in morning and before workout. Just wondering how people have gone with it. Is it worth trying ??

Anecdotally speaking, I took it for a few months years ago before it became so mainstream again...unless you are gonna take a grams at a time at least 2x a day, you won't see much. But that was on me..your metabolism could be different.0 -
Okay, so everybody's body is different (cliche I know). I have lost a lot and I still have about 67 pounds to go before goal. The thing is L-Carnitine by itself wont do much. But if you are incorporating a high mg count and combine it with supplements that work with the obvious of good food choices and exercise you will see 'definition results'-not neccesarily pound loss.
