Hey i was wondering if anyone has done this challenge? if so have you seen results and what were your results? I always saw the commercials but wondering if it worth buying all the products if you get no result. Can anyone help me out with any info you have.

I took a look at it. It looked more like a marketing ploy to me...
  • I don't even like the sound of it! I'll do my own challenge!

It's just calorie restriction! No magic behind their products. Honestly, if you count your calories yourself, you could select healthier food! Most of those products are filled with sugar, preservatives & other garbage!

I started to try it once, got all gung-ho with cereal boxes, frozen waffles, bars, protein water, etc... and I lasted about half a day. Not enough food for me.

    Best of luck to you!

I'm on Weight Watchers, and can assure you that it's pretty much the opposite of the Special K challenge.

Oh no no, totally posted that wrong, I meant it sounded like the slim fast diet... and yet my fingers typed out weight watchers without my permission. I agree totally not like WW.

I did the entire thing for two weeks. Yes I lost some weight, but it was a very hungry two weeks. It's way to restrictive in my opinion, not to mention some of the sodium content AND the fact that tons of it is sweetened with high fructose corn syrup.
