So I got my HG cookbook for Christmas and these last couple of days I've been HG CRAZY!!! I've made soup, pancakes, salad, tuna melt, sloppy joes, butternut fries. And it's all SO delicious, even my picky 6 yr old son has eaten everything with little to no complaints. Today was all about HG recipes and I haven't even hit 1200 calories and I've been satisfied all day. Lucky me I get a small dessert...I'm going to spoil myself with something......that's right, out of the cookbook!!!

Sorry for all the excitement, I just love it. What I really love is the recipes (most of them) are 1 serving each, so I'm not making extra or throwing out what I don't eat. It's just the right size, and if I wanna make more I just double or triple the recipe to feed all of us. LOVE IT

Hungry Girl Cookbook. She is also on the web at www.hungry-girl.com. She has some great recipes and wonderful suggestions for food swaps.
