I will tell you what girl, I just completed day 1 of Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred and that will do it. I feel the burn. This will definitely tone your body up!0

I found this amazing website for upper body exercises. All you need are some free weights! I've been doing it for a week now and I love how strong it makes me feel!

Running has really helped tone my thighs. They're still wobbly, but getting better! I'll be interested in seeing what replies you get for leg exercises!0 -

I agree. I did the 30 day shred and before had a big blob of a stomach and it seriously just lifted it up. and it almost looked flat for the first time in my life since elementary school. it was definitely good for arms and legs too0 -

Hey girl,
You can try Tracey Anderson Mat workout. The arm part is crazy!!! I just started using it, but I went by my girlfriend's result. Her arms look so toned now. She did that four times a week.0 -
Thanks all! I think I am going to do the Jillian 30 Day Shred and then move to Tracy Anderson for toning and def, I have heard a lot of great things about both DVD's. I think when I am at the gym I will also use the weights as E suggested, I just can't have flabby arms LOL! Thanks everyone again!!!0

Definitely the 30 Day Shred.... I'm on day 19 and my friend already said to me "Is that your muscle!?" referring to my triceps! :P0

When I was doing the 30 day shred quite regularly I feel I was using too light of a weight. While I did all the moves I didn't see a difference in my arms. I've since been keeping a 10 pound weight next to the computer and use that instead (just when reading on MFP), doing reps with about 3 different types of moves. Just from switching the weight I've noticed a difference in my arms. Even though 10 pounds isn't much, it was more than what I was using. Lately have been thinking about switching up again.0
