need suggestions

I could use some advice, I have lost 42 pounds, but it seems my weight has Plateaued and I am having a hard time loosing anymore. I am doing a 1200 calorie diet, and I was working out on my elliptical trainer, every night for about 15 min, but since classes has started back up, I haven't had time to be on it, it seems i am devoting all my time to h.w. and my 2 kids who are 9 and 7 months old, so if it is not house cleaning, h.w. and taking care of a 7 month old, I am having a hard time finding time to do any hard core cardio, does anyone have suggestions on any small things or any other suggestions to help me loose more to achieve my goal weight by 35 more pounds?
