I am once again trying to lose weight, mfp seems to be working with me so far, love being able to keep track of my food so easily. Been on so many diets where I lose but gain back. would be nice to find friends here for support.. so many people don't understand how hard it is to lose weight..good luck to you all.

    Hello! Yes, this is a great site! I'm hoping I do well and hope you do too. It is SO hard to lose weight! Seems I go up and down the scales. I'm an emotional eater so am hoping keeping track of what I eat this way helps. It's sortof like a game figuring the calories, isn't it? Good Luck!

    I'm just a little bit ahead of you. I joined 6 weeks ago and I'm thrilled with my success. Who knew I was actually putting my body into starvation mode for the past ten years and keeping myself from losing weight. I wish you all lots of success!

    I am surprised at all the calories mfp gave me to eat in a day whicjh I haven't used all of them yet, my promblem is I am not hungry in the morning before work I only eat breakfast on the weekends and its after 10, when I work I eat on my breaks usually the first one is a 11, I bring yogurt, hard boiled egg sometimes salad, only get 2, 15 minute breaks so can't eat much LOL! I do try to eat a good dinner, with vegs. I know they say you starve your body if you don't eat the right amount of calories and you don't lose as we sometimes thing if we don't eat we will lose.
