Has anyone else experienced this? What are your demons that you've had to overcome on your path of weightloss?

I just love reading what you write. It's so artistic. Your writing sounds autobiographical, personal. Mine is like a biology textbook.

I don't know that I've really had any 'demons'. I went through normal issues--not being able to moderate my fun food, overdoing it in the gym. Now I've reached a happy medium and eat healthy foods because they don't increase my IBS symptoms and I work out because it's fun. I don't even care about calories anymore. I just like moving. Not very glamorous.

Heh... I sometimes get upset when my guy wants to share my food. Hadn't really thought about why, but I think you hit the nail on the head. Food has too often been solace for me, not a sunset.

p.s. I love the way you write, too!

    Thanks guys!

Yeah, I think that's why other diets I'd tried never worked long term. I never properly identified what got me there in the first place.
