Does anyone drink Lipton Diet Green Tea?

Wondering if how much caffeine is in it? Any health benefits at all.

Thank you!

Brew your own. Tea shouldn't be diet. It has no calories in it in the first place. Real brewed green tea has so many health benefits!

I don't drink the diet, but I do drink Lipton Green Tea. (I use the bags and make my own) I have read quite a few great benefits about drinking green tea. As for the Diet, I'm not sure about caffeine content, but with the bags, 1c of tea has about 22mg of caffeine. :)

From what I found on the internet it has 23.0mg of caffeine. White tea <- Green tea <- Black Tea <- Coffee (highest)

Green tea in general has many health benefits. Whether or not the green tea extract used in Lipton Diet has any benefits is harder to say, but the answer is probably yes. Of course, personally I'm not a fan artificial sweeteners, so any benefits from the green tea are outweighed by the negatives of the Sucralose and Acesulfame Potassium. Not everyone subscribes to the 'artificial sweeteners are bad theory', and if you aren't one of them, I'd say drink up!
