Kettlebell

I just bought an 8lb kettlebell today and did a 10 min workout with it. Just wondering if anyone else worksout with a kettlebell and if they have had good results with it.

    I like to have it as an option for those days when I can't make it to the gym. I have a workout DVD for it that I follow and I find the workout is good for the whole body

    jillian micheals has a work out dvd for kettlebells. very good.

    Kettle bells are so amazing! I've had great results with them... Granted I need to get back into it. I've gotten lean and muscular. I love them!

    Yes. . I absolutely love my kettlebell. . you will be more sore tomorrow and the next day than today. . if you are anything like me. . but it is a good work out and so worth it~!
  • Be careful with that JM DVD. Some fitness professionals don't think it's all that safe. Google it.

    To answer the original question, have recently been introduced to kettlebell training and have really enjoyed it and the results!
