    if thats your mantra and it works...so be it.....mine's just put your head down and bull through....I'm bigger and meaner than anything that can stand in my way....(and when all else fails cry it works wonders :ohwell: )

    This was something my grandmother use to say, when I have ten minutes left on my cardio and I'm really feeling like giving up, I hear her voice telling me "Oh come on, you could wrestle a bear for that long!" It always works. :)

    Love everyone's ideas. Sometimes you just need a new mantra to go through your head. I love the one about the bear....For me, I just met my goal and now I have to try to find the will power to stay here and not gain the weight back. Eating is so easy.
