Black bean burgers

I made these earlier & they were pretty awesome. :)

1 can (15 oz) of black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup bread crumb
A few dashes of garlic powder (I cut up a little bit of garlic too)
3 tsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Dash of oregano

Mix by hand or blender & form into 6 small patties (or 2 big ones!). Add a little olive oil to a pan & let it get hot. Cook the patties on medium-high heat for 5 mins, then flip them and cook for another 5 mins.

3 patties by themselves = 314 calories, 16.5 grams of protein. :)
