    Didn't drop any weight that week due to my camping trip and the Super Bowl, but didn't gain anything either. Looking forward to my weigh in on the 13th though!

    Tommorow will be the results of an experiment. I didn't weigh myself at all this week...I'm gonna see if that effects it at all for the next little bit.

    Grr! Hit my first plateau. Very frustrating since I've really gone crazy at the gym in the last week or two. That's what I get for telling arewethereyet she'd need to amputate. :tongue: Now I've learned my lesson, and I won't even comment or ask about how DB gained 4 inches in her bust in one week. . .I'll just give her a big thumbs up! :devil:

    Anyway, no change in weight OR measurements this week. On the plus side, I did manage to jog for a full two miles without a break on Wednesday, so that was exciting. When rugby practice starts at the end of the month I'll be in much better shape than I have been in a while.

    It's because before i was just measuring under the bust(aka band size) then i thought I should probably be measuring the whole thing... that's the 4 inches:embarassed:

    Reduced my calorie goal by 100 calories last week and stuck to them strictly. Also adjusted the fat/protein/carb ratio to something that's more directed toward building lean muscle. And who says Friday the 13th is bad?!?!? :laugh:

    well i've bee a bad girl this week... plus I don't know how acurate my wiegh in would be: I already ate part of my breakfast before I relised I had to jump on the scale.

    Back on another plateau this week as well as eating food that I would like to call "crap". I stayed under my calories but three of seven days involved eating my entire caloric intake in one meal, 2/3 for lunch. :angry: Bah!

    I went to Jamaica, mon! Back now. . .but afraid to get on the scale!
    I went knowing that I wasn't going to try any sort of diet at the free-drink, free-food resort. But I DID get to the gym twice, which was better than I expected. The next weigh-in will be a bit of a shocker, I'm sure.
    So, what's the status of this group? Should we find/start another?

    I'm willing to keep on doing it.....I think we might be the only two left:cry: We can keep on doing this one then I could start a after easter to summer vacation one. How does that sound?
