Hello again. I'm doing well. Finally got accustomed to eating only my calories and not so many hunger pangs anymore.

This weekend was a little crazy, what with a rugby awards banquet (BUFFET! BEER!) on Saturday and a crazy night last Friday. I would have been happy to have broken even for the week, but I still managed to lose 1 pound. Woot woot!

Another pound down. I'm into the 260s now. . .first time in a looooooooong time! And I've started going to the gym again (also first time in a long time, but not as bad as it sounds since I've had rugby in the fall and spring).

Hello everyone. Had a good week, started exercising my @ss off 4 days a week. Feeling really good about myself and still losing weight. Two pounds this week. Also, I'm definitely losing inches (even though I don't measure) because I now have "fat pants". Finally!

Great week for me! Despite all of the Superbowl cheating I had my best week (since week 1) and lost 3 pounds! Going to the gym regularly has really geared up my loss, I think. And maybe all those chicken wings gave my metabolism a little jump-start (at least that's what I told myself).

Didn't drop any weight that week due to my camping trip and the Super Bowl, but didn't gain anything either. Looking forward to my weigh in on the 13th though!0 -
Tommorow will be the results of an experiment. I didn't weigh myself at all this week...I'm gonna see if that effects it at all for the next little bit.0

Now I've learned my lesson, and I won't even comment or ask about how DB gained 4 inches in her bust in one week. . .I'll just give her a big thumbs up! :devil:
Anyway, no change in weight OR measurements this week. On the plus side, I did manage to jog for a full two miles without a break on Wednesday, so that was exciting. When rugby practice starts at the end of the month I'll be in much better shape than I have been in a while.

It's because before i was just measuring under the bust(aka band size) then i thought I should probably be measuring the whole thing... that's the 4 inches:embarassed:0 -

Reduced my calorie goal by 100 calories last week and stuck to them strictly. Also adjusted the fat/protein/carb ratio to something that's more directed toward building lean muscle. And who says Friday the 13th is bad?!?!? :laugh:0 -

well i've bee a bad girl this week... plus I don't know how acurate my wiegh in would be: I already ate part of my breakfast before I relised I had to jump on the scale.
