Hello MFP followers!

I became a member about a month ago. I joined because I thought it would help me with a 30 day Challenge that I had joined at my gym. The challenge was more than losing weight, it was a life change. My goodness, it worked! BUT, I couldn't have completed the challenge without MFP! The 30 day challenge brought me to 122lbs & a loss of 13.25 inches (arms, thighs, waist, chest, calves, glut's). I worked hard, so here's to another 30 days, not a challenge with the gym, but with myself! No scales for 30 days, lets get to work! =)
