Hello there,
i have only just joined this website a couple of days ago though i have been on my diet from the 3rd of january. I have been hunting ages for a website like this, calorie counting, motivation and lots of help.
I am trying to lose 2 stone by April as it is my birthday then and hopefully going off on holidat soon after. As much asi would like to lose it as quick as possible i find it really hard as i crash diet at least a dozen times through the year that my body is no longer shocked by the change it just adapts ha ha.
I have been swimming every day on my lunch for 30 minutes and trying my hardest to eat well though i have had a couple of naughty moments but i am trying hard.
I am only 18 and feel very self concisous about my weight. I have just bought a brand new top which i want o wear out in 6 weeks time and i am hoping to have lost half a stone by then.
