NSV - almost missed it!

My first NSV, but I nearly missed it. Fixing my belt this morning I struggled to push the pin through the notch. Being half asleep I looked down to see what the problem was. I was now fastening one notch in. Boy, did that wake me up and set me up for the day!

    Congratulations....I had the same 'trouble' :laugh: put my glasses on and there wasn't any holes left!!!

    well done on the weight loss but can you tell me please what NSV stands for ?

    NSV = Non Scale Victory.

    Basically some measurement of weight loss that doesn't involve weighing yourself. Smaller clothes, compliements from others, all are NSVs. You'll see lots of examples on this board.
