how many carbs?

I'm on maintenance of 1600 calories a day and I'm 17. I'm at college so not very active during the day but I workout 3-4 times a week such as tennis, spinning and strength training classes.

I've got my carbs set at 220g a day...what would people suggest?

I'm not on a low carb programme but I often try not to eat many carbs in the evening although now on maintenance I'm not too fussed!
