If I don't usually wake up naturally until around 7-8am, but on some days I get up at 5 am to exercise (start around 5.20am) how many extra calories will I burn between 5-7 or 8am, when I got up early to exercise? ( compared with how many I'd burn if I'd stayed asleep until 7-8am)
Also if I do same routine in afternoon I find it harder and don't sweat as much.. hardly at all.. compared with doing it first thing on empty stomach... am I burning much more in the morning session, as I'm sweating much more?
Thanks
