MFP CALORIES BURNED FOR WEIGHT TRAINING

Why is it that when I take the time to input all the weight training exercises, number of reps, and weight used in the MFP exercise section, it doesn't calculate calories burned?

It's very hard to judge how many calories an individual will burn when weight training.
However, if you want a rough idea, there is a "strength training" catagory in the cardiovascular exercise database which you can log under as well.

That's exactly what i wanted to ask ! i have been using MFP but i paid atten to it last night when i saw 0 cal !! its disappointing ! do you have any suggestions?0

Log it as "strength training" or if you have a HRM, you can input exactly how many calories you've burnt.0
