hi all, I'm new to the site after somebody recommended it to me.
I desperately want to lose at least a stone in weight and although I'm working hard in the gym 3 times a week I've only lost 5lb so far and it's really should destroying! So I'm here to see if this helps as I'm useless at sticking to diets!

Hi, This is a great place to get motivation and to help you continue on your journey to a healthier you. We all hit times when the scale just doesn't move, dont give up! I have only seriously dieted a few times but this is one that I am after the life change not just the weight loss.
