its a yes week

yes this week i lost a couple of pounds, so i am pleased as i was at a stand still.
I only counted it as 1lb on my ticker though as one of the lbs lost was one i gained at the weekend, but still to me its going in the right direction. Hopefully.
I am a bit confused about eating fresh fruit, which i love. If i have fruit and fibre for breakfast and a apple and banana during the day, my sugar intake seems to be way over my amount allowed even before it is counted in other food. Any help with this subject much appreciated. thank you and have a good day, . :smile:

  • natural sugar is far better than processed/refined sugar. but, that's my opinion, i'm sure you'll hear mixed reviews on here.

    congrats on your loss!

    I dont pay attention to sugar content in fresh fruits, it's natural sugar.
    That being said, i do not eat any processed sugars or white flour/rice, so fruits are essentially my only source of sugar.
  • hi and thank you for your reply. I don't really use sugar in anything else except 1 spoon in my tea, and i am thinking of stopping that.
    I do love fresh fruit , but was surprised when my sugar in take was way over.
