Upset stomach

I was wondering if anybody has some ideas as to what i can eat first thing in the morning? I try and exercise at 6-7am and i ushually dont get to eating untill 8. Whats a little something i can eat before to stop the nausea

What about a hand full of grapes!? Very low in calories, and a healthy way to start your day! :-D0

you could try having a banana it releases fuel for your body slowly and contain alot of potassium which is good!!! i think its the best thing to have beforehand x0

Toast and peanut butter or greek yogurt is my suggestion.
Thats what I eat before I see my trainer.. and it helps curb the nausea.0 -
I'm a morning workout person too, and sometimes I'll have a protein shake or granola bar on the way to the gym.
I tried bananas for a while, but they give me heartburn, and that's very unpleasant during a workout.
The other day I bought some little 8oz organic chocolate milk cartons, and had one this morning. It wasn't filling, but definitely gave me a little extra energy.0
