So how many of you keep a jounal, for thoughts and fears during this change process? If so have you found it to be helpful?

  • Absolutely. Like so many blogs here, my own included for the most part, it's only interesting to you, but it is interesting. You're a different person from day to day. It's eye opening to see who you were 15 pounds ago.
