I've been maintaining a 76 pound weight loss for 6 years but over the past 4 years my belly has grown! Even with walking and doing sprints daily, 6.5 miles, my belly, upper thighs, upper arms all stayed the same, I was toned looking but not trim and since I eat really well it was discouraging and troubling.

In June I completely cut gluten out of my diet and immediately lost about 4 inches off my belly/waist/hips but then was stuck again.

I decided to do colon hydrotherapy sessions and found out that my colon felt impacted and acted impacted, so far to date I've had 17 sessions since the middle of August. 3 times I've passed clumps of parasites and last night I passed something that was hard and long like a toothpick and my belly dropped another inch.

If you feel like you look pregnant and can't seem to lose your belly or you have fat areas, such as inner thigh and upper arms that you can't seem to get rid of you might try colon hydrotherapy. Amazingly I lost 2.5 inches off my each of inner thighs and 2.8 inches off each of my upper arms, 1.7 inches off each leg above my knees and 1.3 inches off each my ankles.

My "pregnant" belly has gotten smaller and is also moving down towards my belly button. When I started the large portion of my "pregnant" belly was just 4 inches below the bottom of my breast, I could literally rest my arms on top of it, like when I was pregnant 31 years ago. That has moved down 3 inches, it is now 7 inches below the bottom of my breast and that protrusion has shrunk 4 inches.

Other amazing things that have happened; I thought I hated my iphone because I couldn't hear, now I can hear when I talk on it! I learned from the colon hydrotherapist that when one particular portion of your colon is blocked it affects your hearing! Wow! I can also now pull in my stomach muscles and do a sit up, I haven't been able to do that; thought I was just weak, turns out my colon was so impacted that those muscles couldn't engage.

Granted it's expensive and you have to be careful who you go to, but look at my results! For 6 years I have completely avoided all refined sugars, eat less than 12 ounces of a high quality animal protein, no gluten and very little gluten free products, walk and do sprints 6.5 miles per day and still I had this impacted colon that wouldn't budge (although I did appear to have "good" bowel movements daily, 2-3 times a day).

Do your homework, make sure they have a closed, hydrosan system, it is approved by the FDA, make sure your therapist is certified and a member of i-act.org and follow their recommendations for diet, water, supplementation, etc.

There are several published reports of patients experiencing extremely dangerous side effects as a result of colon hydrotherapy. These side effects include potentially fatal electrolyte imbalances and perforations of the colon during the insertion of the colonic tube.
On the other hand, colon hydrotherapy is an internationally popular form of alternative healing. One published study sought to gain information regarding the practice of colonic hydrotherapy in the United Kingdom. Questionnaires were sent out to certified colon hydrotherapy practitioners, who were instructed to give them to ten consecutive clients. A total of 242 questionnaires were returned. Results indicated that the clients had undergone an average of 35 hydrotherapy treatments and were satisfied with the results. Although the lack of randomness in the study is a design flaw, one might draw a preliminary conclusion that the risk of a complication is low. Nevertheless, the severity of the complications might make you think twice.

Yes, any treatment not done properly will cause problems, which is why I said to be sure and go to someone who is certified and affiliated with i-act and uses the hyrosan.

I drink about 32 ounces of freshly extracted veggie juice and a dehydrated green drink and take a ton of probiotics daily so there is not a problem w/ my electrolytes.

Interesting that your chemical imbalance will be upset much more easily by eating more than 2 teaspoons of refined sugar in a 2 hour period, which is only 8 grams of sugar.
