weird
ok so i know i shouldnt do it, but off and on i weigh myself before i go to zumba class and an hour later after zumba and every time i have done it i a 2 pounds lighter. it happens that way every time i have tried it. any ideas as to what is going on?

Water, water, water...I guess that's why we're only supposed to weigh in once a week. lol But I find it hard to resist as well.0

its def water from sweating, but I would not worry about it thats for sure. I always gain 2 pounds after workout and I sweat like a pig.0
