running out

I have looked at websites, but havne't found good low cal lunch ideas. I am very picky, but stuggling with lunch ideas. I have pretty much had the same thing for lunch 3 day this week and I don't want to eat it today because its close to what I am having for dinner. ahhh this is frustrating.

    I'm a big lean cuisiner. They cook in minutes, are portable, and it keeps the guesswork out of it...otherwise if I am scrambling for something to eat, I eat garbage. Good Luck!

    I like to toast mini whole wheat pitas and dip in hummus.

    Also like any type or variety of soup (but must watch sodium) with a tossed salad.

    Would also be interested in what you are eating for lunch now, so I would know what alternative to suggest.

    I like Healthy Choice meals - - seem to stay with you and you get a little dessert section!!! Also chunky soups seem like they are not too many calories and they fill you up :smile: Oh...and tuna is always a good low cal option as well!! Anyway...hope this helps - if I think of other things I will post later:wink:

    Right now I am eating a whole wheat tortilla with lettuce and spinch w/ red and green peppers,onion, salsa and ranch dressing( not a lot). and something I add a few yello corn tortilla chips for salt and crunch on the side about 5 of them. I try to eat low calorie foods at breakfast and lunch because my dinners are that great yet.
