I am new to this site and need all the encouragement I can get. I cannot get motivated to loose weight!!!

  • JUST THINK OF IT AS AN ADVENTURE! I KNOW ITS HARD TO BE MOTIVATED BUT REMEMBER HOW GOOD YOU WILL FEEL INSIDE AND OUT. I HAVE A LOT TO LOSE BUT PERSISTANCE WILL GET ME THERE AND YOU TOO! ADD ME AS A FRIEND AND WE WILL DO IT ONE HOUR,ONE DAY,ONE WEEK AT A TIME!

    As a newcomer myself, I can vouch for feeling the same way. I think the hardest part is the beginning, the first few days. But I encourage you to start tracking your food on My Fitness Pal. It got me through that most difficult first day. Then the second day, third day, etc. Once you get going, you will be encouraged by your own progress to continue. Good luck!!!
