I am having a hard time keeping up with this weight loss thing. Any idea's anyone I am really struggling finding my own strength on just being healthy...

    Welcome to MFP, it is a terrific site with lots of support and advice. If you have an iPhone or other sort of smart phone app it is free. The best advice I can give is to do your diary every day and be honest with what you have ( that is one of the good things about the app for the phone you have you diary where ever you go ) Make sure you eat enough food never go lower than 1200 calories or your body will go into starvation mode and you will start to store fat. When you complete your diary each day and finalise it set it so your friends can see it too, then they can advise you if they see where they may be able to help
