Hi my name is Krystal. I am an athlete and a student looking to get back into my former shape. I need to lose about 15 lbs. I workout all the time and eat really healthy but I am not losing weight or inches. My weight just keeps yoyoing. I am extremely frustrated and am open to any help and advice that anyone could offer.
