When I first decided to start losing weight I didn't even know if I could. However, out the gate I told myself this would take 2 to 3 years. Just that simple decision has saved an immense amount of frustration.

agreed. i used to do the zig zag thing, eat less every other day to drop weight (didn't know it though). now I still get a little disappointed when I get on the scale and didn't lose anything, but i can accept it now =3

Yes, I'm definitely looking at my weightloss journey in terms of years... even if some people say I could lose it faster, I'd rather do it consistently, and sustainably.
