Hi all! My name is Monica and this site is really awesome! I just joined this week, but I have already been enlightened. I already feel accountable for anything that goes into my body, and I am "making" time for exercise (which is something I haven't thought possible in the last several years)! I can't wait to see where I'm at a month from now!! :happy:
