I love sandwiches and I love mayo. I also abhor the fake mayo stuff. But I have found that a nice salad dressing in its place like Marie's yogert ranch or thousand island is only about 40 calories a tablespoon to the 90 in mayo, and it makes a nice dressing for a sandwich. Just thought I'd share. Every little bit counts. Save a few here, a few there and you get an extra snack for the day.

I've occasionally used low fat ranch for my tuna sandwiches for an extra zip0

I use olive oil mayo. It tastes the same in a sandwich and only has about 45 calories per tablespoon, and it gives you good, unsaturated fats.0

I like to put concentrated tomato puree on my sandwiches...or mustard.0

I also love mayo and use only the olive oil type any more. But I have recently started putting reduced fat sour cream on my sandwiches. It's especially good with toasted bread, and one half TBSP is only about 25 calories.0

Thats what I use too. It is reduced fat, but tastes good.0
