I have been losing weight over the last few weeks but only weighing and logging on MFP for the past 7 days. I am feeling really cheery today because :-

1. I have lost 6lbs this week !

2. A lovely lady at our aerobics class commented that she thought I had lost weight. :)

3. I managed to complete the whole hour aerobics class properly, making a good effort all the way through and felt great at the end for the first time since starting these classes four months ago.

4. I can Run/Walk for 30 minutes covering 1.5 miles ! Which is a minor miracle for unhealthy me :)

I know these are only little baby steps but it feels like success for me :)
