    Well last year here in Ireland Civil Partnerships were recognised as being lawful. While not full marriage it is a certainly a big step forward out of the Stone Ages.

    Hey, friends on another site posted this video - it's a young military guy coming out to his dad on the phone. First five minutes are kinda slow, but it's him sitting there stressing about the call... it pretty much made me bawl, though.

    it was actually a whole series, very moving, about what it was like to be serving in the closet. he didn't show his face in any of the vids until today. so beautiful i kinda teared up.
