Just curious, how often do you guys weigh and measure yourself?

    i think everyone does it differently. I weigh every morning...but that is too much for some people. I like to see how I am doing, but when you weigh every day you have to keep in mind that water weight can fluctuate...:grumble: ...so you cant obsess over small portions of a pound! I measure once a week, on sundays! (Tomorrow...eek! :noway: )

    Just figure out how often is best for you! Many people only weigh once a week, but I like to see the progress I make each day!

    :flowerforyou: I weigh once a week, every Friday morning around 7am. I measure once a month. It's best not to weigh to often, every 1-2 weeks will show nice results without causing you to be obsessed with looking at the scale. Plus you won't have to suffer through the daily fluctuations your body naturally goes through.

    I weigh myself everyday because my wii fit yells at me if I don't.
