I need to lose around 40-50 lbs. It is difficult with this knee injury I have because I am not allowed to do any running or high intensity cardio- no treadmill either I use eliptical and bike - at the moment walking is even a struggle. I am looking for some friends to help me in this journey and hope I can help you as well. Thanks

Hi and welcome here!
Is your leg ok on the bike or elliptical after 30-40 mins?
Has your doctor suggested that as a safe form of exercise?
Ever do any (light) weight training or rehabilitation on it?
I'll be curious to see what you come up with for a routine, since this type of injury seems quite common.
Be smart and safe about it!0 -

Hi and welcome! cycling is great exercise for knee issues!
Feel free to add me as a friend0 -
I feel your pain... I've had knee injuries that still trouble me to this day and I'm limited to cycling and walking. I've been trying squats to help strengthen the knees, but I get sharp pains and all-around soreness if I overdo it. I've been using kettlebells to help add to my cardio and strength training.0
