Hi everyone..

I am 34 and never have I counted my calories..this is my 2nd day and geez is it an eye opener! I have always done low carbing.. I lost 50lbs after gaining weight from having my daughter but gained it back, lost it again, gained it back again, lost it again, than gained. I recently started Pilates and Yoga and I love it. After 5 weeks I became frustrated that I was not losing weight or inches but rather toning. That's when I finally decided I need to start counting my calories but I refuse to go back to low-carbing (it's damn hard!) I hope this works! :smile:

So here are my stats..

5'9"
180 lbs
4-5x a week Yoga and or Pilates
My goal- 140
