Newbie here!!

Hey yall! I am a new member and could use lots of support and weight loss/exercise tips! I am on the road to losing about 40 lbs! (Yikes, I never thought I would have to say that) Any advice you can give will be greatly appreciated! Have a great day!

  • Welcome! Make sure you log everything and really be honest with yourself. If you follow the rules (stay witihn your calorie limits, exercise, watch your macronutrients), you'll be losing weight in no time! Feel free to add me as a friend! :)
