Hi everyone!!
I am looking for some new buddies to keep me motivated. I got to goal and felt sooo great using the ww'ers points system, but then tore my ACL, needed a knee reco, had to give up my high intensity cardio which was masking the baaad food choices I was making and here I am *calculates kilos into pounds* 35 pounds heavier. BUT, I love this site, the tracking is sooo easy, it has every food I can think of and I am going to make it my goal to stick to my calorie target every single day and exercise 5 times a week. I am allowed to play netball again and do fun gym classes, I really have no excuse anymore! Weight watchers's new program isnt for me, so here I am.. I am a little wary of calories for some reason but I am gonna try and trust it.
A little about me - I am 25 years old Aussie, work as an office admin person, am considering going back to uni part time next year to finish my degree (I want to be a librarian, aaah being surrounded by books and a peaceful enviroment would be bliss), love reading, playing netball.. sadly I dont add going out to the list atm coz I am sooo fat my nice clothes dont fit me in the slightest and I just feel so frumpy. I am looking forward to taking pride in my appearance again.
My lovely boyfriend of 7 years has promised me a reward if I get to goal.. going to bali with him all expenses paid.. now I know you should do it for yourself, but lying on a beach, drinking cheap cocktails, cheap shopping and feeling great about yourself in a bikini is pretty good motivation hey??
I am *really* excited to get to know you all!!
