Steak and Pepper Skillet Melt

Do you enjoy philly cheesesteaks but are on a low carb diet? Well this rendition is sure to please philly fans anywhere!

Serves 2

12oz of shredded beef, carne asada cut into strips, or Steak Umms
1 Green Pepper, thinly sliced
1 Red Pepper, thinly sliced
1 Boiler Onion, thinly sliced
Provolone Cheese, sliced
2 tbsp of worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp of browning and seasoning sauce

In a skillet on medium heat, drizzle some olive oil and add peppers and onions. Saute til soft and onions are a nice light brown. Move to the side of the pan and add beef. Brown the beef and mix in with pepper mixture. Add worcestershire and browning sauce. Mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Transfer the meat and peppers into two baking dishes or personal skillets and top with 1-2 slices of provolone cheese. Bake at 375F for 3-5 minutes. Cool slightly, and enjoy!
