I love oatmeal that is nice and soupy not the stuff that you can put up wall paper with. Here is how I make mine, Colombian style.

    Ingredients:
    1 cup of instant oatmeal
1/2 cup of light brown sugar
    1 cup of milk
    2 cups of water
    1 tsp of cinnamon

    Directions:
Combine oatmeal and water and let sit for a few minutes. Put on stove over medium heat and remaining ingredients. stir while allowing it to come to a soft boil. Don't over heat or allow to boil over.

Makes about 6 1/2cup servings with about 101calories each. Eat with crackers while hot!
*Can cool down with additional milk after served

the chocolate melts PERFECTLY! i'm going to try it next time with only two kisses (less calories!).. dark chocolate is so rich, i think it would still be awesome with less.
