I just started again after having a baby and Im finding it really hard to stay within my goals...Im so hungry!

  • i understand honey how you feel.. some days i feel that i am starving... but keep it up.. keep track of what you eat... we are with you
  • how long since you had your baby? ARe you breast feeding? If so that is certainly something that will make you hungry. You need more extra calories to breast feed than to actually care the baby.

    drink lots of water and switch to low cal snacks. Also are you at home all the time? I find when I am home and bored I eat

    yes, I am breastfeeding, and also formula feeding. Im trying to find the right amount of calories..its a little confusing when you throw breastfeeding int o the mix. I had baby 2 months ago, lost 30 lbs, and then it just stopped ; (
  • Ask your doctor or do a little research online. I seem to recall that it was something like 300 more calories a day during breast feeding (but my youngest is 8 so don't use me as your only source!). I doubt that has been added in my MFP for you.
