Any post-weight loss surgery peeps?

Hi all....I understand that not everyone supports weight loss surgery as a means to lose weight....but that was my solution and I am looking for others like me to share the journey with.

I had WLS in May of 2010. I have been very successful and am now practicing maintaining the loss....it is a learning process!

    I too had WLS in 2010 and am on the liftime journey of maintaining the new habits and weight loss that I have achcieved over the last year. Maybe we can share ideas along the way. Deb72003
