I give up.

I've been trying to stay under 100g carbs a day, and to stay under 1500mg of sodium a day, but most days I just cannot do it. Well, let me rephrase that, I CAN do it, but I guess I choose not to at the end of the day.

I feel that if I continue to stress over that, I'm going to drive myself CRAZY!

So, I give up. I'm going to simply try to stay under the carb goal alloted for me by MFP and not worry too much about it. I don't have diabetes or any other disease/illness that prevents me from eating any number of carbs, and I figure MFP must have some knowledge of health (lol), so I'm just going to trust it. I'm still going to watch my sodium seeing as 2500mg for one day seems like far too much, but if I go over 1500mg by 100-300, I'm not going to beat myself up.

P.S. of course, I also stay under my alloted calories.

I don't call this giving up - it sounds like you are making a sensible choice to me

Many health people say that low carb diets are not sensible anyway - maybe - you might have just chosen the more healthy option! Well done to you :)
