These Calories seem a bit Extreme School walk is Medium pace walk and the no more trouble zones is just under circuit training.

Minutes Calories Burned
school walk x 50 235
school walk x 75 356
NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES 40 460
school walk x 60 284

    i typically dont count walking around school cause that is in my activity level...and get a HRM for workouts the burns on here are worng

    /my school walk isnt walking around a school.
    its 60 min walk to take my children to school 3 times a day.
    Plus i Cant afford a HRM with 3 kids

    If kids are in tow it's probably a slow walk. I wouldn't count it.

    i understand cost is tough..i got one for 50bucks off ebay best investment i have made...next is a food scale evenutally i also have finacnial issues and i get it is not easy but it will really keep you honest about your burns
