newbie and a question!

Hi all, newbie here
Have been trying to lost weight for a while and managed to lose 8 pounds. Would like to lose another half a stone. Haven't lost any for weeks now so thought would try MFP and get down the gym! Am loving it so far. Have a question though. At weekends I tend to eat over my goal calorie allowance (of 1250). I know I shouldn't but sometimes just can't avoid it. So in the week I'm really good, keeping to my calorie limit and doing lots of exercise. Should I be keeping to 1250 even when I do exercise, to mend some of the damage done at the weekend? Or should I be eating back my exercise calories anyway. Sorry if this question has been asked before - seen lots about eating back exercise calories but none that involve over-eating at weekends.
