Wii Fitness games

I've been using Wii fit for physio for a few years now and I don't seem to be sweating as much on the ones I can do. After watching some videos on YouTube I worked out I could adapt most of the games on EA Sports: personal Trainer (except the track running..I won't be able to do ).so I've bought that one.
A friend is also sending me one she has finished with called Exerbeat so I can see how many of them I can do before I buy it.
Was just wondering if anyone else has lost significant weight from doing these games if you couldn't afford to go to a gym or get a personal trainer?
Will I be able to lose off my tummy if I have to do the same games sitting?
I was also looking at Jillian Michaels Belly Blast off DVD it shows some floor exercises on YouTube but also shows some standing up ones, so I'm not sure as as its video would have do it in sequence or fast forward to bits I can do each time?

My husband bought a Wii Fit Plus the first week of May and since then we have lost 100 pounds between us. (And no loose skin or flabby parts) This is the only exercise that we get besides walking our dog. We both have sedentary lives and no time or money to go to the gym / trainer. I like the Wit Fit Plus because there is enough variety that I don't get in a rut. My husband likes it because it is easy to come home from work and get his workout before dinner.0

Thanks for the compliments sgha! :blushing:
What is EA sports active 2 like? ie what games? usually if the wii remotes are only registering your arms moving and your not having to stand on the board too, they will also work from sitting.
I can do some of the balance games from standing if you only have to lean left or right so I can hold onto a walking frame around front of the board, if you need to hold onto wiimote too but only to lean left or right (e Tilt city, segway game) I can do it from sitting on the board. If I strap wii remote to leg and sit at my passive trainer (like pedal exercise with motor to move legs for me) I can make my Mii jog round the island in the jogging game! I have celebrity Mii's too to make things more fun.. great fun going for a jog with Robbie or a round of golf with Ant and Dec!! :laugh:0
