Ugh! Imbalanced mess...

I hate hate hate how I'm either all in for the healthy lifestyle or its completely the opposite. It SUCKS! I feel like I'm an imbalanced mess. I used to have an eating disorder now I'm struggling to find balance between the extreme and living a healthy balance. UGH! I need advice...how does everyone else deal with it? I like seeing how many calories i'm eating in a day but at the same time I see it as a challenge to make it lower and lower and then some days I see it as a rule to break. I'm sick of the vicious cycle.

    I still eat the same foods that I have always eaten. I change the ingredients for healthier ones. Foods end up changing slightly as time goes on. Don't make such a drastic change at once. Go into it slowly.

    PS. I only wanted to lose 30-35 lbs. I have stalled but that's OK. I'm anywhere from 28-31 lbs. lost. I'm cool with that.
