I've been trying to lose the same 15 lbs for 4 years. I'm finishing grad school in 7 1/2 months and want to feel great about myself when it's time to get out there and get the perfect job. I've run 4 marathons...with a 5th this Saturday. I run, weight train, am vegetarian...but just can't get there. Really hoping this could help....I'm so close. My biggest problem is eating junk when I'm stressed..which with grad school, a full time job and a family is pretty often! I also want to maintain my goal weight for one year before another pregnancy...and if it could help me run faster and qualify for the Boston Marathon that would be a bonus too...
