Wednesday Mini Challenge

Good Morning Everyone! As most of you know Charger is on a well deserved vacation and I have offered to help keep the challenges up while he relaxes! So let’s get started and kick this fat out the door!!!

Today's Challenge is: Squat Kicks

This workout is meant to raise your heart rate a little and add a little cardio to your workout.

Let’s shoot for 300 total.

You can break them up throughout the day or do them all at once…You have until midnight to get them done.

If you can't do 300, then do what you can. Remember to push yourself -- This is a challenge, so challenge your body!!! Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.

    i won't be doing this one.... unfortunately the ankle isn't any better, i'm actually getting it checked out again on thursday.

    Done. I did them while I was baking cupcakes for my son's birthday. Mix and bake - do 100 squat kicks. Take them out of the oven - cool do squat kicks. Frost a few - 10 more kicks. Frost some more - do 10 more kicks. You get the idea. I am sure I will feel this tomorrow.

    What type of exercise should I log it as? Usually I only do squat kicks during my circuit training videos.

    You can log them as Calisthenics :wink:

    300 Completed. This was definitely a challenge. Really good Cardio.
